Registration
Registration is required for attending the workshop. Please follow the appropriate link below to register. Once you click one of the links below, you will be directed to the UC Merced registration system, and you will need to select "Click here to register" in order to enter your information.$250.00 - Industry (non-university)
$100.00 - University (non-student)
$25.00 - University Student
Note: speakers do not need to register - they are automatically registered.
Attention: registrations done after 5/28 will not guarantee participation in the organized workshop meals.
Registration for attendance to the talks will be open until the end of the workshop.
Update (of 5/28): The hotel is practically full so be sure to contact the hotel for room availability before registering to the workshop. Another option is to look for hotel rooms at nearby Oakhurst. Please email mkallmann at ucmerced dot edu for latest information.
Hotel Booking
If you are a speaker at the workshop: you will automatically have the first hotel night reserved in your name. Please contact the organizers (email: mkallmann at ucmerced dot edu) if you would like to have additional rooms reserved in your name.
If you are just attending the workshop: please right after registering to the workshop, contact the organizers (email: mkallmann at ucmerced dot edu) informing how many nights you would like to reserve in your name and hotel reservations will be done for you.
Reservations done via the organizers will ensure the special rate of $175/night. The reserved room block for the event will start to be released very soon (by May 5), so please provide your information asap to the organizers.
